MSC-CAR Platform

Mayo Clinic has engineered a Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) therapy that uses Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CAR) to treat autoimmune and degenerative diseases. The MSC-CAR platform is rapidly accelerating to first-in-human trials for its enhanced ability to immunosuppress inflammatory sites.
Breast Cancer Care GPS

Mayo Clinic’s suite of breast cancer imaging and care navigation technologies are evolving cancer diagnosis in innovative ways. They have been shown to increase speed and efficiency, lower diagnostic costs and provide enhanced analytical power - helping create an optimal treatment plan that evolves in real time.
Vertebral Tether

The Vertebral Tether is a new pediatric orthopedic technology being developed at Mayo Clinic for scoliosis treatment. It allows patients to retain a high level of flexibility, is minimally invasive and has the potential to greatly improve the patient journey from treatment to recovery.
Tg4510

Mayo Clinic’s Tg4510 in vivo model is a long established and highly validated research tool. Through the expression of a repressible form of human tau containing the P301L mutation, the technology is useful for studying Alzheimer's disease, neurodegenerative tauopathies and frontotemporal dementia.
